A Lectio Divina of the Senses

This 6-week online course is designed to deepen your understanding and experience with the Gospel of Thomas through the practice of Lectio Divina. Ideal for those who are not yet familiar with this text, or those who would like to take their understanding deeper with body and sensory work.

·  Basic introduction to the historical and spiritual context of the Gospel of Thomas

·  Development of a vocabulary, from the translators and Wisdom teachings, to aid in communicating sensory feelings

·  Body prayer, chant, and exploration of each Logion, starting with Logion 1

·  Use of the experiential to go deeper into this sacred scripture

·  Tools and skills to continue personal study and reflection
